Chocolate mousse with Quinta Abafado 5 Years
Soak the ladyfingers in Quinta da Alorna Abafado and place them at the bottom of the bowl where you will pour the mousse. Refrigerate.
Melt the chocolate with the milk and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Beat the egg yolks with 100g sugar until creamy and fluffy.
Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
Beat the egg whites and then add the remaining sugar.
Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites and mix well.
Pour the mousse on the base of ladyfingers and allow to set in the refrigerator.
- 200 g cooking chocolate
- 50 ml milk
- 50 g cooking margarine
- 6 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- Approximately 15 ladyfinger biscuits (enough to cover the base of the dish)
