The destemmed grapes were kept in contact with the skins for 6 to 8 hours, after which the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC followed.

Red fruits aromas, predominance of cherries.

Intense. Freshness complemented with red fruits aromas.
Tasting Note
Fresh and delicate finish.
Gastronomy
Ideal as an aperitif or with sushi, salads and Mediterranean food. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
