Vinification
Controlled fermentation at 23ºC. After malolactica fermentation, followed by 4 months ageing American oak. The final lot was finned to clarify the wine before the bottling.
Nose
Clean, strong ripe fruit and oak aromas.
Palate
Full and round bodied with smooth tannins.
Tasting Note
Lingering finish and pleasant.
Gastronomy
Serve at 16-18ºC. Recommended for white meat dishes, sausages and cheese.
