Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes were pressed, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature of 12ºC, stopped when the wine reached 11% vol.
Nose
Intense, ripe tropical fruit, honey and almonds.
Palate
Freshness balanced by the natural sweetness, confirming the aromas.
Tasting Note
Pleasant with complexity and persistency.
Gastronomy
Serve chilled at 8ºC as an appetizer or specially recommended for ?foie gras? or eggs, almonds deserts or lime.
