Crushing and total destalking of the grapes. Pre-fermentative maceration at controlled temperature of 15 ºC; Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 23ºC and maceration for 2 weeks. Before bottled, the wine ages in new French oak barrels for 12 months.
Good integration of berries such as blackberry and raspberry with a touch of fragrant wild
flowers. Spice hints combined with chocolate and new oak aromas.
Dominated by berry fruit vanilla and spicy from the french oak. Despite firm
tannins giving it a unique structure, reveals a silky texture in mouth.
Due to the great aromatic richness and complexity it has a long-lasting final tasting, remaining aromatic notes.
Serve at 16-18ºC. Serve with baked meats, game and red meat.
