Vinification
Separate harvest of each grape, destemming and soft pressing, The clarified must fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature dependent on the aromatic origin of each grape. When the final batch was ready, the wine was stabilished in cold and filtered before it was bottled.
Nose
Tropical and citric aromas, pineapple and lemon hints.
Palate
Acidity and residual sugar well balanced.
Tasting Note
Lively and pleasant.
Gastronomy
Serve chilled at 10-12ºC. Recommended either as an appetizer, with sea food or grilled fish dishes.
