Tangerine cake with Alorna Abafado 5 years
Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Peel the tangerines and remove the pips. Crush the tangerines and sugar with the handheld blender.
Add the eggs and beat for 7 minutes with a whisk.
Add the oil and mix again with mixer.
Add the Alorna Abafado and blend all the ingredients together well.
Add flour and baking powder and mix for 10 seconds with the beater on low speed.
Pour into a previously greased and dusted baking tin and place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

- 150 g brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 50 g oil
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
