Pig Cheeks in the Pan – Perfect harmony with National Touringa & Cabernet Sauvignon
- The cheeks should marinate overnight in red wine, aromatic herbs and with pepper dough.
- The sauté of onion, garlic, pepper and carrots rests on the fat of the Almeirim chorizo slices, well fried in a first-class olive oil.
- After sautéing, join the cheeks with the marinade and let it cook over low heat for two and a half hours.
- As soon as you get the perfect consistency, refresh with fresh coriander.
- Accompany with some fries in slices.

- A good stew full of aromatic herbs and ripe tomatoes serves as a basis for stewing the broken octopus into generous pieces for two hours in red wine.
